Description
DTF by the metre, no minimum. A 58 × 100 cm sheet corresponds to one metre of standard DTF roll. You place whatever you want on it: a single large design, or dozens of different logos, numbers and names arranged side by side. The price drops in tiers with the number of metres ordered (−12 % from 5 m, −22 % from 10 m, −33 % from 20 m, up to −58 % from 100 m), whatever the content of each sheet. Who it's for. Textile workshops and embroiderers who outsource printing and keep the pressing, brands and creators in small and medium runs, clubs and associations with different designs for each member, businesses for their workwear and events.
File. This size is ordered by uploading your sheet already laid out: PDF or PNG with a transparent background of 58 × 100 cm, at 300 DPI (6 850 × 11 811 px), designs the right way round, 5 mm between each design for cutting. The designer checks the size before upload. No ready-made sheet? The online layout tool arranges your separate designs on the metre, to scale, preferably from a computer: the sheet is 81 million pixels at 300 DPI.
Printing and pressing. Pigment inks, opaque white, hot-melt adhesive powder, every sheet checked. Applicable to cotton, polyester and blends, light and dark textiles alike: 130 °C, 10 seconds, medium pressure, cold peel, then 5 seconds of re-pressing with baking paper. Lasts more than 50 washes at 40 °C.
Printed within 2 working days after file approval, delivered rolled in a rigid tube (the film is never folded) or collected from the Nîmes workshop. Invoice with SIRET and VAT for businesses.
